While we endeavored to build a beautiful resort on our amazing property for your enjoyment, the true treasure of Roatan is the underwater wonderland built by Mother Nature over the last million years. The Great Mayan Barrier Reef (the second largest reef system on the planet) is a mere 100 yards away! With over 30 dive sites to explore, you'll need a week to experience some of the best diving in this hemisphere. Enjoy outstanding hard and soft corals, canyons, pinnacles, “swim-throughs” and beautiful walls.

We are concerned about the health of our beautiful planet and have initiated programs to attenuate our impact. These include an aggressive tree protection and reforestation program. As the resort grows and resources allow, our goal is to become 100% green, generating all our own energy using wind and solar technology.

Looking around, it is hard not to notice the substantial amounts of negative energy and animosity that exist in today's world. One of our biggest goals is for Paya Bay to be an oasis of positive energy, happiness, acceptance, peace, and kindness. A place where you can Feel Good and Be Happy.
