Warm greetings from Roatan and the Bay Islands! Our balmy, tropical weather awaits you!

ROATAN'S DEVELOPMENT CONTINUES

Dear friend,

It used to be (not so long ago) that few people knew of Roatan and the other Bay Islands of the Honduran Caribbean. Those days are behind us now. With its international airport, two cruise ship terminals, and several major multi-million dollar developments in progress or planned, Roatan is quickly becoming a renowned vacation destination. We native Roatanians are having to adjust to a rapidly changing island.

Fortunately, here on the East End of the island, we are still largely insulated from the development rush we see ocurring to the west of us. We hope our end of the island will always be the quieter, more serene side. We certainly intend to keep Paya Bay as the oasis of peace and tranquility that it is.

We invite you to visit our green and vibrant island, especially what is naturally the best part: the East End!
