Packing List

We want you to enjoy your Paya Bay vacation as much as possible. Listed below are items many guests have found useful or necessary. These are just suggestions; you can adjust the the list to your specific needs.
Absolutely Required: PTM
  • passport
  • airline ticket
  • money (cash, traveler checks and/or credit cards)
General Items
  • swim suit/trunks (or not, if you're a naturist)
  • sunscreen or sunblock
  • cosmetic products
  • insect repellant
  • prescription medications
  • books and/or magazines
  • laptop
  • iPod speaker system or portable CD player (to have music in your room)
  • CDs or iPod
  • DVDs
  • your own personal snorkeling gear (if you don't want to take it back home, we'll purchase quality gear from you. Bring your receipt.)
  • favorite shampoo/conditioner
  • camera (film for non-digital types)
  • batteries for camera or other electronics. rechargeable batteries and charger are smart and easier on the environment
  • your favorite chocolate indulgence
  • "can't do without" snacks
  • a favorite hot tea
For Picacho Hike
  • Hiking Boots
  • Pair of old jeans or hiking pants
  • If you haven't had one in a while , a tetanus shot (just a precaution in case you scrape yourself)
For the Kids
  • video game player
  • inflatable beach toys
Enjoy the best of Roatan's world-class scuba diving.  Great visibility, healthy corals and sponges, drop-offs and canyons, dramatic walls, a rainbow of fishlife, and large animals.
