There are two ways to get the discount:
- One Person Makes the Reservation. A group leader can book all the rooms in one single reservation request and the discount will automatically be applied to the entire booking.
- Use a Group Code. After a group leader has booked his or her room, he or she can give his/her confirmation code to subsequent friends to use as a group code when they book their rooms. A week before your arrival date Paya Bay Resort will determine how many rooms have been booked under the group code and issue the discounts to group members as resort credits (these credits can be used for bar bills, massages, excursions, etc.). Any positive balance remaining at the end of the group's stay will be refunded to individual group members as applicable.
These group discounts cannot usually be combined with other discounts or special rates. Contact us for more info.

| Terms and Conditions. Five (5) nights minimum stay for all rooms in group. To qualify, bookings must be made directly with the resort via email or telephone (no Web bookings, travel agent bookings, etc.). Discounts are given on published rates before taxes. In cases of mixed bookings (e.g. one room gets a Rest and Relaxation Vaction Package, and another room gets a Good Energy Experience) the discount rate for each type of vacation package will be applied. Group booking discounts cannot generally be combined with other discounts or special rates. However, that being said, we'll listen to and consider your proposal should you have one. :) |
