Temperatures range between 65 to 95 F (18 to 35 C). The green season, characterized by showers followed by several hours of sunshine, is October to mid-January.
Here is current weather information for Roatan. Note that the cooling sea breeze at Paya Bay can keep the "feels like" temperature 5-8 degrees lower than those reported by the weather station.
Dress at Paya Bay is casual. Cool light-colored cottons are recommended. Flip-flops, comfy shoes, and/or tennis shoes all work great.
| We highly recommend you pack a carry-on with essential items to bring with you on the plane. While it doesn't happen often, luggage sometimes does get lost in transit and may take a day or two to arrive at the resort. You wouldn't want a lost bag to interfere with your vacation.
