Paya Bay's restaurant sits atop a bluff with views of two half-moon beaches, Roatan's majestic hills, the barrier reef, distant islands, and the multi-hued Caribbean. The trellis-covered portion of the main deck is a great place to have breakfast and savor the coolness of the morning sea breeze. Lunch can be enjoyed either outside "cafe" style or in, as your preference dictates. Dinner is an urbane experience in our elegant dining room with its soaring ceilings, ambient lighting, and sophisticated atmosphere softly pulsing with the energy of the latest chillout tracks from some of the world's best musical artists. Our dining room features a full service bar that serves up delicious tropical cocktails and other favorite libations. We also have a wine cooler we keep stocked with a variety of wines.
