A $250 per person, per package deposit needs to be
made in order to hold a room(s) with us. See payment
options. If cancelations occurs deposit is non-refundable, but can be
used as a credit towards a future stay with us. Payment in full needs to
be received 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations for packages must be
in WRITING and sent to us 30 days prior to arrival date by email or by fax.
